 On Wednesday, Rep. Earl Blumenauer (D-OR) issued a memo to his party’s leadership laying out a step-by-step process for how they can pass marijuana legislation in 2019 should they control one or both chambers of Congress. Read the full memo below.

This is, of course, assuming the Democrats take over control, which is very much up in the air. I wonder if Elizabeth Warren's harebrained DNA test spectacle will hurt or help their chances. Strange times we live in. Strange times.

I think it if was done nationally, some of the more conservative states would just probably set tighter regulations hopefully.
