They are based in Asia aren't they? I don't see how an authority in Texas sending a letter to their UK address is really going to do much. This doesn't look like it will spell the end for BitConnect, I've seen other similar letters that were sent to them months ago but they are still up and running. I doubt this time it will be any different.

As a workaround, couldn't they just ban Bitconnect in the US? It's a bit of a stretch and it could open the flood gates.
