<div class="text-justify"> With the arrival of the COVID-19 pandemic, stress levels in people have increased significantly, these stress levels have risen due to the confinement to which the population has been subjected to stop the chain of infection, as well as the loss of work that is generated by the closure of companies, in addition to the concern that is generated by knowing that a family member is infected.

Given this situation, it is imperative to seek strategies to reduce the levels of post-traumatic stress that this pandemic is causing, otherwise people could suffer great psychological damage that would be irreversible over time. The term post-traumatic stress goes back to or is associated with war veterans or simply with someone who has witnessed a violent event, a situation that marks people's lives and causes them to suffer from this disease.

All people are prone to suffer from these psychological problems, which is why we must be very attentive to the presentation of any symptoms that indicate that we are suffering from post-traumatic stress, the most common symptoms are depression, mental exhaustion, anxiety, among others. To prevent post-traumatic stress from continuing to cause damage to our health as a result of this pandemic, one of the most important recommendations that many specialists have made is to increase digital socialization with friends or people in our family environment.

For all the above described, post-traumatic stress is a disease that can be considered of high level of danger, because people who do not have the ability to cope with it could enter into an acute depressive episode that will drive them to take their own lives. Therefore, it is important to seek professional help to guide the person on how to treat this disease and avoid major problems in the long term.

Stress is for sure coming with the pandemic and with isolation! My personal advice would be to do you best to live a normal life, also in isolation, and make sure to have people with whom you can be honest and speak! A good conversation with people is more needed than we can believe during the pandemic.

Also, going for a run and exercising is crucial, as it will help you freshen up, take care of your body, and it will also have a good effect on your brain! :)

Greetings @ carlir Post-traumatic stress is a disease that leads to death, I believe that all people who have gone through this disease should at least have a couple of therapeutic consultations to change that bitter moment they have gone through and also to help the family environment to deal with the disease, as some have been left with very strong sequelae and suffer permanently the situation.
