The time of crisis and adversity that we are living now leads us to evaluate our faith and verify what kind of Christians we are.
#
Who can deny that the current situation is not complex and harsh? Who can deny that hunger and misery plague humanity?
#
We live in a convulsed time of economic problems and pestilence that overwhelms all of humanity. Studies indicate that hunger and misery corner the world and that approximately 90 million inhabitants by 2021 will enter a state of destitution. This scares and terrifies humanity. We are experiencing the greatest economic crisis of the 21st century and it seems that there is no immediate solution to combat world misery and famine.

In the midst of all this complexity is the church of God in a great battle both natural and spiritual. In the natural we fight and battle to survive on basic needs like food and in the spiritual we fight through our faith, in believing that God is with us in these difficult times.
#
We do not walk by sight, we move in the atmosphere of faith and this leads us to persevere that God gives us victory and extends his hand to lift us up from the ruin that this fierce crisis in humanity wants to produce.
#
We persevere in our faith and believe in Dio, who is our pastor and that in the midst of so many needs, we will lack nothing.
#
It must be recognized that standing in the times we are living in means that we live and persevere in faith. That the Lord is on our side, despite so much famine and misery. We believe that God does not abandon us and that he is the shield of the church in these times of adversity.
#
That there is tribulation, famine and misery. Yes, we recognize that there are tribulation and long and painful moments, but we also believe that God is with us and that this time of adversity is for God to take us from a level of faith to others and to give us victory.
#
It is necessary to persevere in faith in the midst of all these adversities and recognize that in God there is no defeat, but victory.
#
In this complex time, our faith is worth more than pure gold and is more precious than any diamond. Our faith is the most powerful weapon that conquers the world.
