The first thing that is clearly necessary to achieve personal growth in our work, especially if we take into account the work environment from a business environment, is to manage to recognize the strengths and weaknesses in attitudes and skills in ourselves, especially those that we manage to develop and in which we have the sign that can lead us to have the achievement of a good performance in the environment where we are working.

Clearly, in order to stimulate ourselves within a demanding work environment, we cannot ignore the strategies necessary to motivate ourselves. I could also say that it is not only beneficial to be able to motivate ourselves, but that in order to be successful in our workplace, and above all if our functions are of leadership, it is also necessary to be able to motivate other co-workers, including our subordinates. If there is a clear way to differentiate what is a leader from a boss, of course we have to put through this great quality that is the motivation, it is very difficult to find the qualities of a leader today in the workplace, however if we want to differentiate ourselves from what represents a boss figure, it is necessary to develop motivation as that fundamental tool very characteristic of a leader.

Motivation is so influential in a work environment, that it is even usually very contagious and stimulating, through motivation we can achieve such favorable results, that even the impossible can be made possible, the important thing is to never lose heart, and give the front to our subordinates as good leaders and never surrender to the fulfillment of any goal or objective set.

It is important that we consider all our colleagues in our work environment as fundamental pieces for the fulfillment of the objectives set out in the company in which we work, since many times we fall into the error of underestimating the capabilities and we end up ignoring and putting aside the capabilities of others. Perhaps to understand this point it is necessary to imagine our colleagues and work team as those pieces of the gear that make all the machinery move, and that if one of them fails then everything will remain static and without movement.
