*Lemon*

**Ingredients:**
-	A lemon.
- A cup of warm water (not hot because it removes nutrients and cold either because our body takes time to absorb nutrients)

*A lemon and a cup of water*

**Process:**
- In a saucepan place a cup of water to warm it, then pour it into a cup where the lemon is squeezed.
- I do not recommend sweetening it (neither with artificial nor natural sweeteners)
