Aşure/ashura

Buğday, fasulye, nohut, kayısı, incir gibi bakliyat ve yemişlerin birlikte kaynatılması ile hazırlanan bir yiyecektir. Her yıl bugünlerde evler de aşure yapılıp   
Şükran belirtisi, yiyeceklerin bir kısmını arkadaşlara, akrabalara ve komşulara getirme veya onları yemeye davet etme geleneğidir. 

**“aşure” yemeğinin tarihçesi Nuh'un gemisine kadar dayanıldığı düşünülür.

Çok lezzetli bir tatlıdır. Lezzetinden bir damla peçeteye dökmüş olabilirim. 

Her ailenin kişisel tercihe göre değiştirilebilen kendi tarifi vardır. Hangi malzemeleri ekleyebileceğiniz veya çıkarabileceğiniz konusunda herhangi bir kısıtlama yoktur. Sonunda bir tutam tarçın ile tatlıya çok özel bir dokunuş katabilirsiniz.
