입맛

오늘 이야기를 나누다. 가운데 님은 대체 뭘 좋아하세요? 뭘 싫어하세요란 대화가 나왔다. 

평소 입에 달고 사는 이야기는 "날것", "마라탕", "느끼한거"를 빼면 전체적으로 다 좋아해요 라고 말한다. 

그래서 그 날것이 무엇인가에 대한 이야기를 나누었는데.. 

"생선회","육회","초밥" 등등등 이었다. 

그 날것의 범주에 사람들은 이런 것도 생각하던데.. 
"오이","당근","배추" 

나는 이런 날것은 정말 좋아한다. 
고추장에 "오이"나 "배추"만 있으면 정말 맛나게 한끼가 뚝딱이다. 
어릴적 부터 집안이 오이농사를 지었었는데.. 
반찬 없으면 오이 따와 깍아서 쭉쭉 뽀갠다음에 고추장에 폭 찍어서 먹곤 했다. 

고기류의 날것은 그닥이지만 야체류의 조리되지 않은 날것은 사랑하는 편 


좀더 몇자 끄적여 보자면 

좋아라 하는 것 
"순대곱창", "떡뽂이", "오이","당근","배추" 

별로 인것 
생선회, 마라탕, 육회, 매운탕... 등등 

별로인건 가끔 땡길 때가 있긴 함..  매우 드물기는 하지만
