<p>Всем известно, что здоровые партнерские отношения являются одной из главных ценностей жизни. В отношениях мы получаем признание собственной уникальности и ценности для другого, в отношениях происходит рост и развитие нашей личности, постоянство наших привязанностей дарит ощущение порядка и гармонии в меняющемся мире.</p>
<p>Но всегда ли отношения удовлетворяют обоих участников? Всегда ли отношения гарантируют партнерам чувство безопасности и комфорта? Часто бывает так, что человек остается в отношениях вынужденно или так, что несмотря на &nbsp;всю свою важность, они почему то заканчиваются, оставляя после себя разочарование и чувство бессилия.</p>

<p>Похоже, что отношения не являются ценностью сами по себе, скорее ценными являются те переживания, ради которых люди вступают в отношения. Важной ценностью отношений является возможность быть свободным в присутствии кого-то рядом. Когда мы не жертвуем большей частью своей жизни, чтобы получить меньшее из того, что могут дать отношения.</p>
<p>Мне хорошо одному, а с тобой еще лучше — так чувствуют себя люди в здоровых отношениях. В отношениях зависимости эмоциональный климат несколько иной, когда вдвоем плохо, а порознь — еще хуже. Когда вокруг много тревоги, а внутри недостаточно ресурсов, партнер может стать заложником этой ситуации, поскольку будет вынужден все время находиться рядом, спасая другого от страха разрыва, а себя — от вины за это.</p>
<p>В зависимых отношениях искореняется возможность для развития, поскольку из основная задача — гарантировать стабильность и неизменяемость.</p>
<p>В зависимых отношениях невозможно быть собой, поскольку приходится подстраиваться под партнера, загоняя неприятные переживания под кожу.</p>
<p>В зависимых отношениях невозможно увидеть своего партнера целиком, он или только “хороший” или только “плохой”, разделенный на части, которые трудно совместить.</p>
