Computer-Generated Chess Problem 02682
<div class="text-justify">

A new if not unique KRRBPPPPP vs kqrbbp chess [construct](https://en.chessbase.com/post/best-chess-constructs-by-chessbase-readers) composed autonomously by the program, Chesthetica, using the 'DSNS' computational creativity approach which does not use any kind of machine or deep learning. Learn about how these problems are selected [here](https://medium.com/@azlaniqbal/what-makes-a-good-chess-construct-1338dee41869). The largest (Lomonosov) tablebase today is for 7 pieces which contains over 500 trillion positions. With each additional piece, the number of possible positions increases exponentially. It is therefore impossible that this problem with 15 pieces could have been taken from such a database.

Humans have been composing original chess problems for over a thousand years. Now a computer can do it too. Okay, let me think for a minute if there's anything else to say here. Leave a comment below, if you like. Solving chess puzzles like this is probably good for your health as it keeps your brain active. Nobody wants something like early-onset Alzheimer's. Anyway, if standard chess isn't your thing, you might instead like [SSCC](https://www.chessvariants.com/other.dir/sscc.html).<center>
