AKARA

AKARA is made out of ground beans. 

The skin of the beans are removed while washed. It is then ground to a thick paste. Salt, seasoning and pepper are added to the paste. It is then fried in hot oil.

It is very delicious. You can use bread, oats, pap or custard to enjoy this delicacy.😊
