@hanshotfirst, In my opinion no matter which game, always **Form** and **Performance** really matters and for sure when particular player showcase the performance and form then other **Team Managements** try to in that player for sure. But i think that whenever particular player showcase great results with particular team then it's an difficult choice to move into other teams. And when it comes to the **Team Sports** sometimes our Co-players play an effective role in our enhancement of **Performance**. Wishing you an great day and stay blessed. 🙂
