Ang camote taps or camote leaves ay isang ulam po sa taga probinsya na tulad ko, ang pagluluto nito masarap ito sa lutong ginisang adobo. Hindi lang ulam ang pag gagamitin nito kundi nakakataas den ito ng dugo,kung sino po sa mga ka steemit natin ang animic or kulang sa dugo pwede ito ang lagi nating kainin para sa pagtaas ng dugo natin.

Mga ka steemit and friends ito po yung ulam na kinalalakihan ko hanggang ngayon ito parin ang inoulam ko masarap kasi at malayo sa disgrasya,ibig ko sabihin walang linta na nasa koob nito kaysa kangkong kaylangan pa nating e double check ang loob nito kasi may pagka delikado ito, ang d natin alam may linta na pala na maliliit sa loob nito. Ang camote taps or camote leaves malayo ito sa sakit pag ito lagi nating kinakain kasi walang halo ito na kung ano at herbal pa itong ulam na ito.,masarap den po ito gawing kilawin hugasan mulang ito at ibabad kunti sa maniinit na tubig tapos lagyan ng kamatis, sibuyas, luya at sili solve na ulam mo sa pang araw-araw lalo n sa panahong ito na dipa natatapos yung hirap na nararanasan natin dahil s pandemic, sa hindi nakatira sa bundok pwede kayo magtanim nito kahit sa sako lang ug malaki n lata lagyan niyo lang po nang lupa yan lang po sa mga taga city po,na dipo nakakalabas s kanilang bahay pwede niyo po gawin ito na magtanim ng gulay sa likod ng bahay niyo.

Mga ka steemit and friends kung gusto niyo magluto ng adobo nito mag gisa muna kayo ng bawang, sibuyas at luya pwede den my siling labuyo mas lalong sumarap yung luto niyo na may anghang kunti.
