***<center>Como saber si instagram te tiene en la lista negra (shadow banning)</center>*** Primero que nada debes de tener una cierta sospecha de que algo anda mal al publicar tus post en Instagram. Como por ejemplo: - No obtienes likes - Se nota el no posicionamiento - No obtienes visitas en tu perfil <center>***Etc***</center> Pero no te preocupes, si no sabes cómo obtener esa información basándote en las estadísticas de tu perfil te diré la forma más sencilla de cómo saberlo, como evitarlo y mucho mejor aún como salir de esa lista negra. ¿Utilizas hashtag? Te invito a utilizarlo por un día para que puedas saber si estas en la lista negra. Es muy sencillo, dirígete a cualquier post ya publicado o simplemente pública una nuevo. En el pie de la imagen deberás colocar cualquier hashtag acorde con la imagen. Solo uno bastara. Una vez que hayas publicado la imagen o el vídeo con el hashtag deberás esperar al menos 1 hora y luego volverás al post. De lo contrario ciertamente estas en la lista negra. ## <center>¿Cómo evitarlo?</center> No uses bots, programas automatizados, autolikes y mucho menos comprar “seguidores orgánicos” esto automáticamente adentra tu user a la lista negra sin darte cuenta. También se puede evitar siguiendo los pasos que describí en la primera parte #1. ## <center>¿Cómo salir de la lista negra?</center> Muy sencillo, solo deberás volver tu cuenta de empresarial a personal y no utilizarla por 62 horas. Notaras luego de las 62 horas el gran cambio y también ciertos cambios en tus estadísticas, pero es normal. Es la única manera de salir gratuitamente. También está la forma más rápida y es pagando cualquier publicidad a cualquier imagen o vídeo tuyo.
