Hey Chris, although veggies have a good amount of nutrients and minerals present, I prefer not to eat veggies as they are harder to digest, contain far fewer calories, and ethically speaking, unlike fruit, I don't think a veggies purpose is to be eaten. When you eat it you kill it, whereas with fruit, when you eat it you (hopefully) spread the seeds.
