Day 81: 5 Minute Freewrite - Prompt: I Floss My Tears

I sit hear crying, but no one hears me
I look for love, but no one is there
I look for comfort, but there is only fear

No one understands me...
It is difficult being different
It is difficult being deformed
It is difficult when all you want is love

No one understands me...
I did not choose to be born this way
I did not choose to be a freak
I did not choose to be the way I am

No one understands me...
No one understands how its like being me
To be a monster
with mouth for eyes

No one understands me when I cry
I do not wipe the tears from my eyes

No one understands me when I cry
because I floss my tears from my eyes

Well, now everything has changed
I don't need your words of comfort
I don't need your words of love
I don't need your false smiles

Well now, everything has changed
Now I long only for the sounds of screams
I was not like this before
But you've driven me to be what I am
You've driven me to be what I feared

Now, no longer do I cry
For you will fear me
Beg for mercy and scream for help

For I am the monster you have created with mouth for eyes
