# Hellow Steemit Fellows👐

  > I know that Friday has gone and I keep posting this for the superb chefs on #fff of @foodfightfriday steemit kitchen!

A neighbor called me out on thursday to remind me that we will have a monthly community gathering on saturday night, my duty is to serve the desserts😊 though I wish I could just prepared the fruits😁. The only thing that comes up in my mind while answering the question of *what kind of desserts I should prepared* were the pumpkin pound cake or PPC and eggless bread choco puding for the children😊. 

I did cook and bake that 2 desserts 5 years ago😂 after my lovely friend who refer herself as #dasterchef published her recipes on facebook. She made me want to re-cook, re-bake, re-steam all her food recipes because I wonder whether it will all succeeded or big fails! Lucky me😍 I succeeded on all execusions😊

I'll share about the PPC only. Here are what We need to prepare for it.

#### if you have the sugar flour it will be easier to mix it with the margarine or butter

Because this is a pound cake, the texture will be moist and soft rather than spongi and dry. Mix the sugar and margarine with 1 gram vanilla powder in high speed till soft peak. I made mistake by using a wrong bowl😢 10% of the batter gone to the wall, table and everything around😣

When the pound batter has reached the soft peak, slow down the speed and add the eggs one by one and thoroughly mixed. Next step is add half of the total flour and mix it again, add the mashed pumpkin then the rest of the flour. Turn off the mixer and prepared the baking pan.

#### I don't have a square 20x20 baking pan, so I use the tulban bp, covers the surface with margarine and dust it with flour before you pour the cake batter into it. I used 2 tulban bp, one without toping and one with grated chedar cheese as toping. You can add raisin, chocochip or other toping if you like. Bake it on the pre-heated oven for 30-40 minutes at 160-180°C. Fork it to see whether it's cooked or not.

#### everything loves the batter😂 what a mess!

 My neighbour told me before that I don't have to provide too much desserts because we have our main meals quite heavy, so I said choco puding will be fine for the kids then, while their moms can eat the cake. But then she called me and informs that we need more😨 hillarious..but let her take care of it😉 I asked my hubby to help me bringing the puding to the meeting place.
