今天上线也给楼层兄弟们说了保洁部的卫生细节及处理标准。在15点我到楼层巡回的时候刚到5楼就闻到一股怪味于是我就往男小卫跑去，当时看到5楼楼长全成正在处理小便池内的呕吐物，说一会处理完了再喷点空气清新剂，于是我对他竖起了大拇指称赞！到三楼发现三楼楼长也在公共洗手间处理呕吐物，同样也是竖起大拇指，应为楼长们都很用心知道客人吐了就第一时间进行处理，他们的责任心和能力都在提升，是真真正正的对整个楼层各个区域负责，楼长称号不愧于他们！h 今天开会的时候影哥说到客人“拾金不昧”，前天有位客人捡到一部手机，然后交到了一楼前台，然后到房间给客人赠送了一些物品，并把事情给房间的其他客人说明，房间的其他客人也给予这位客人的精神进行了赞扬；假如今天这位客人是过来请客户唱歌，然后我们到房间说明了这位客人的“拾金不昧”精神我想他的客户肯定对他很认同有好感，然后他们把事情在说给他们的朋友，不仅对这位客人甚至对我们店这样赠送物品认同，都会有“口碑”的“宣传”，所以只要有客人主动拾到东西交给店里，我们都会到房间赠送物品，甚至其他的福利赠送。“拾金不昧，品德高尚”称号不仅有我们员工还有“客人”！  Posted using [Partiko iOS](https://partiko.app/referral/cinnamylidene)
