A Tasteem Review: Da Giovanni Restaurant

A day of shopping at the Bariblu shopping center in Bari and we were captured by the perfumes of the **Da Giovanni** restaurant. Italian restaurant with pasta specialties, very elegant and with show cooking. The menu is quite concise and there is the possibility to choose about ten first courses.

We started to taste appetizers such as cheeses, salami and mozzarella, all products of excellent quality. Personally I chose the pasta with pesto, a really abundant portion and the unique freshness of the pasta prepared recently. My wife instead chose the tortellini stuffed with ricotta and spinach with tomato sauce. A delight for our palate and I couldn't resist tasting some too.

At the end of the lunch a nice tiramisu dessert, creamy as I like it. Instead, my wife preferred a chocolate profiterole with a sprinkling of ground sugar. Experience to repeat!
