Big following doesn't mean good promotion !

A lot of steemians are so excited about onboarding people with big following to steem. 

While I think that not so good if they will not promote themselves and be excited about the platform. 

That's why I think we have to onboard everybody and not to target only people with big following. 

It could be better to onboard someone with a few handreds followers who will be excited about the platform, than to onboard someone with millions of followers who will not care that much. 

We need to feel them better user experience instead.
