When your boss does not communicate

*So tonight I checked my schedule for next week and found out I was being moved to the infant room.*

Apparently the director of the preschool has decided that she does not have to tell me when she moves me to a different classroom.  I think it has to do with the comments the consultant made in front of me that you need younger teachers in the one year old classroom.

If she would of said or mention it to me would be one thing but to not say a word to me about it makes me angry.  There comes a point when the boss needs to communicate if people.  Even if it is a person you have known for a long time. It is a sign of disrespect in my view of things.

 ## Do I care I am being moved to the infant room? No not really but I do feel very disrespected. ##
