The Crypto Market is volatile, as demonstrated in the instance below. 

For some context, what you're seeing is the sped up snapshot trading price of Bitcoin ([BTC](https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/bitcoin?)) on [Bitstamp](https://www.coingecko.com/en/exchanges/bitstamp). The price of Bitcoin went from $7,700 to $ 6,250 (an 18% drop) before traders quickly pick up on the firesale and brought the price back up to $6,810. While the drop didn't exactly happen in literal split seconds, such volatility would still be mind-blowing to the traditional trading space.

I don't have the nerves to play the trading game. I see people drawing pretty lines to show where the price will go, but they never seem to predict drops like this. Must be some serious volume to make it shift like that. I've heard that Tether are being investigated after buying lots of btc with what they mine. I think some coins will collapse in time when it's found they have no substance.
