<p><center>50 grams Appel, sliced<br>
100 grams Butter<br> 
100 grams Sugar<br>
4 Eggs<br>
200 grams Flour<br>
1 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder<br>
100 ml Sour Cream<br>
50 grams Raisins<br>
2 tablespoon Refined Sugar</center></p>

<h2><center>Making Steps</center></h2>
<p><center>Boil water with appel and sugar till caramelize, set aside.<br>
Beat the butter and Sugar till soft , add in eggs one by one until fluffy and shine, low the speed and insert the flour, cinnamon, raisins and sour cream.<br>
Prepare 20 cm baking pan that already grease and lined baker paper, pour the dough and cover it with appel sliced.<br>
Bake in 180C degree about 30 minutes till done.<br>
When cold enough, sprikle with refined sugar and cinnamon powder.<br>
Slice and ready to serve...</center></p>
