속도조절

오늘은 천천히  여유있게  뛰려고 결심하고
러닝머신에 올라가 시속 6km로 걷는데
도무지 갑갑하여 조금 올리고 달리다가
도저히 견딜수 없어서 속도를 확 올려 버렸다.
러닝머신에 올라갈때마다  미친듯이 솟구치는 
질주본능이 도무지 제어가 안된다.

살면서도 앞만보고 무서운 속도로 달렸고
가끔 내가낸 속도를 제어하지 못해서 넘어지고 쓰러지고
그래서 천천히 걷다가
다시 속도를 내고
지금까지 내 삶은 앞만보고 달려온게 전부인거 같다.

일이든 사랑이든 한곳에  몰두해 버리면
주변은 전혀 보이지 않는 이 질부 본능을 
제어할수 있었다면 다른 삶을 살수도 있었으리라
생각하면 한숨이 나기도 하고.......

천천히 걷는법  
주변을 살피고 걷는법
이런 연습이 필요할거 같다.
