This is today's entry for the popular **#colorchallenge** photo initiative, originally started by **@kalemandra,** and now one of the longest running group activities on Steemit. If you're a newcomer and uncertain what to post, try a few **#colorchallenge** posts! Today's theme is *"Friday Blue,"* or sometimes *"Friday Sky Blue."* This is also the color that corresponds to the Throat Chakra.  Yesterday I posted a photo of a green cactus blossom from Joshua Tree; during the same visit, these two doves seemed to always be watching us from the wire above the cabin where we were staying; very sweet and gentle birds. I think they had a nest, nearby. Have a beautiful day!
