Читая замечательную книгу Дейла Корнеги "Как избавится от беспокойства и начать жить" вспомнил прекрасную детскую песню из мультфильма "Крошка Енот". Видео для тех кто с луны и ее ни разу не слышал -

По моему скромному мнению словах песни кроется многовековая мудрость передаваясь с поколения в поколения многими философами. 

Просто вдумайтесь в смысл этих слов:
