My day started last night when, after an intense yoga workout, I decided to eat ice cream to have a little more energy and work 2 hours longer than usual. It's hard to say what was wrong with the portion of ice cream I ate, but it doesn't make me feel better.
To 2 hours of sleep delay, joined by another morning awakening for 1.5 hours. The reason for such a short night's rest was a terrible stomach ache and a desire to visit a white friend in the bathroom. During the day, I visited his relatives more than once, each time thinking that a portion of ice cream on sale - the last product I bought in the supermarket on sale.
But, even on such "interesting" days, there is a positive. Due to the expressed fatigue, apathy and irritability, I looked at my investment in crypto games differently. Today, I look to them as a fact that confirms my addiction to games, and the dividends that I get from playing them as an excuse that gives me the opportunity to play them.

Морозиво по акції…
Сьогоднішній мій день розпочався з вчорашнього вечора, коли після інтенсивного тренування з йоги, я вирішив з’їсти морозива, щоб мати трішки більше енергії та попрацювати на 2 години довше звичайного. Складно сказати, що було не так в тій порції морозива, що я з’їв, але від того мені не краще.
До 2-х годинного відтермінування сна, приєдналась ще ранкове пробудження на і 1,5 години. Причиною, такого короткого нічного відпочинку послужив страшенний біль в животі та бажання відвідати білого товариша в ванній кімнаті. На протязі дня я не одноразово відвідував його родичів, кожного разу думаючи, що порція морозива по акції – останній продук, який я купив в супермаркеті по акції.
Але, навіть в такі, «цікаві» дні є свій позитив. Через виражену втому, апатію та роздратованість я по іншому подивився на свої інвестиції в крипто ігри. Сьогодні вони виглядають для мене я факт, що підтверджує мою залежність від ігор, а ті дивіденди, що я отримую від ігор в них, як оправдання, що дає мені можливість грати в них.

В мене вже є гіркий досвід прийняття імпульсивних рішень, тому зараз я вирішив взяти паузу і все добре обміркувати, як розмежувати вплив моїх інвестицій в крипто ігри і мій азарт, що дуже швидко переростає в залежність. Гарно, що зараз вдосталь варіантів автоматизації.
