<H3>What is Downsize DC?</H3>

[**Downsize DC**](https://downsizedc.org/) is a political action organization, founded by a couple of (in my not so humble opinion) freakin' geniuses. As its name suggests, Downsize DC is working toward reducing the power of our oppressive central government.

I've been following their activities for many years now, and supporting what I consider to be the best of them.

<H3>How will Downsize DC help Ross?</H3>

Downsize DC has enjoyed considerable success in presenting [**amicus curiae ("friend of the court") briefs**](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amicus_curiae) before the Supreme Court of the United States. Downsize DC today announced that they are working on a brief that could potentially have a great impact on the Supreme Court, leading to a release or a reduction in Ross's sentence. By extension, this would mean a decrease in the judicial abuse of all Americans. You can read about their outstanding effort here:

Please visit the Downsize DC blog, read the details of the #FreeRoss brief, and do what you are able to do to support them.

In the past, I've supported other Downsize DC Supreme Court briefs and have been *very* pleased with their successes. I can think of very few other actions you might take that would be as effective toward helping Ross. These Downsize DC guys are legal geniuses, and they have a track record of knowing how to influence the Supreme Court for the good of us all.
