Dreams can be so deceiving.  I’m talking about the kind of dreams that seem so real that you forget or are unaware that you are dreaming...*until* you wake up. 😏

I remember most of my dreams when I wake up. Some take awhile to recall but eventually it comes back. The ones I ***really*** remember are the ones I wish I could go back to.  The ones that make waking up frustrating.  The ones when I’ve tried to hurry back to sleep to continue where I left off lol! 😂  Believe it or not I have been successful with this a few times.  I literally drifted back to sleep and ended up right where I left off in dream land.

I’m sure many of us have had one like this.  I literally have the money in my hands! 🤲🏼  In these dreams I make plans for the money and my family is well off and taken care of financially.  Life is wonderful and I’m able to purchase my wants and necessities. 

Now the only thing is I never remember giving in these dreams. 😬 We are the type of family who would give to our loved ones and people in need.  The *dream* me is a bit greedy, keeping track of all the riches I own.  Who would want to wake up from this? 🤷🏽‍♀️

Oh boy do I love these dreams! I’m living in a huge castle with elegance surrounding me.  I am highly respected and can give orders.  A lot of times I don’t dream of my family with me...it’s just me as the royal one lol! 😁  Ooops there goes the greed again.

I really love being a hero!  All of the love and appreciation for saving the day never gets old.  I remember saving my family from a monster invasion.  I was so frightened and afraid and wanted my family to be safe so bad that my powers just started working.  I couldn’t believe I had the power to save everyone. 

I had the ability to go through walls, jump and fly over buildings...even picked some of them up too lol!  Okay maybe these dreams stem from watching The Flash and at least one Marvel movie every week!  😅

Whether it’s an elaborate meal or a delicious dessert sometimes the foods in my dream are so good I wake up tasting them.  I like to eat! If you give me a plate of food I’d like to finish it.  So when I wake up and my food has been taken away...let’s just say I’m not too happy about it. 😑  Wouldn’t it be cool is we could actually bring back a souvenir from our dreams?  If so what would you take with you? I would definitely choose the money! 💰 😆

So as you can see waking up back to *me* and my *normal* life can be disappointing.  Sometimes I really think my dream is reality and it’s a kick in the butt when I realize different.  Though, I can say I am happy with my *normal* life and *normal* abilities as a wife and mom and I love my *normal* family.  

I have to admit escaping to Dream Land can be a lot of fun but there are those times I am ready to leave and get back to *reality*.
