Loneliness is usually seen as something destructive for a person, preventing it from living, putting obstacles and breaking it. Loneliness is almost always perceived by us as a tragedy. And we run from it, unable to endure communication with our own self.

It pierces through our childhood, youth, maturity, and oldness. In fact, human life is an endless sequence of periods of loneliness and usual life.
