It was another beautiful day here in Southern Illinois, right around 73 degrees!
But this morning it was still a little chilly, so  I started off the day at the Y on the treadmill, and got an automaticwin!!

Then later, me and @blueeyes8960 went for a nice long walk in the park. While we were at the park I felt pretty good, so I decided to do seven pullups along with my pushups. I was surprised I was able to do it without waking up in a hospital bed with blueeyes8960 looking down at me shaking her head. lol.
