Guess what @crypto.piotr, even I had to read a few times more... Lol.. I think it has to do with the speed of regeneration if you go on a voting spree. So, calls for users to be responsible in voting and not just spam with votes, even if the votes are worth nothing. Then again, I am not sure if this the intended function of the HF20 or just an aberration of an experience on my part. I haven't voted below 90% anytime after that, so not sure. Maybe, if I do get into a voting spree I will check if I have the same experience.
