Exchange tokens are hidden gem.

Whenever I am deciding whether to invest in s token I ask myself what are the use cases and why should I hold.  Well exchange tokens are a favorite of mine due to built in use case and being profitable to hold. 

When I say exchange tokens there are some that immediately come to mind namely BNB also know as binanace token. These tokens derive their utility by being a integral part of the exchange they represent. I do not own any BNB but there are a few others that I hold dearly. 

Aph Aura IDXM BIX CAP are a few that I have. The primary reason I hold these? They all pay out a portion of the exchange commissions to its holders and offer discounts on trading. 

Let’s take for example the Idex token AURA. This token allow discounted trading on Idex and 50% of the commission paid out to its holders. When the Math was broken down,  per year each Idex token will produce .16 cents in profits. This sounds small until you realize Aura was trading at 11 cents and is now 20cents. At this rate you will be producing nearly 40% profits and get to keep hold of your tokens. 

So if anyone was looking for a solid steady source of passive income. It didn’t want to risk buying into a scam node, exchange tokens may be the way to go.

I can imagine. Okay there are some strange things that they do want to bring down the percentage they share with the KCS holders. But for me it is about raking up some BTC, ETH and NEO. All small bits of dust help.
And if all three of these coins will get a lots more value than it will automatically become more then dust. Also don't forget that KCS can rise easily up to 15$, which would be a blast for me.
Still my largest holding in my portfolio!
My first purchase of KCS was at a whopping (don't laugh now) 14 euro. Yep, silly me!
I did bring down the average book price down to a more healthy 4,07 euro (a little bit below $5).

Exchange tokens are great, I agree, and I've felt the allure of them myself often. But the real bet you're making is not on the token, but rather the success of the exchange. Binance took off, for sure, but with the amount of DEXes coming up who's to say which one is going to get all the volume, and which ones don't?

Just look at COSS, which was highly anticipated too. Kucoin's coin seems pretty awesome, but the volume on the exchange is still lacking as well. If you get into them early enough it's definitely a good thing, but the same goes for any other token as well of course :)

That being said, I wish I had me a nice chunk of exchange crypto that I bought super cheap - something that pays a dividend preferrably!

Very well said, when picking exchange tokens I find it pivotal to look at team and direction.
