**Love**
Miracles happen often yet what defines those "miracles" to be just that? I don't necessarily believe in devine intervention or anything like that, but I have beliefs, none the less. I think that everything happens for a reason and no matter what, take it as it comes, both good and bad. That Karma will come in both forms as well. Do I believe that God will only give us what we can handle; nothing more/nothing less? Not necessarily. Do I believe that God will try our patience in life and test us? You bet! I ultimately believe that no matter what, you can't fight fate. Something will come along, make you feel like crawling in a whole and dying or it will come along and make you feel like you're the king of the universe!
My daugther just turned 2 yesterday. By all accounts, she shouldn't be here. My wife and I went through **HELL** to get her here. We had a miscarriage at one point, a second baby born too early and she lived for only 10 minutes with the hospital and doctors unable to do anything to help her becasue she was only 20 weeks. Finally, on the 3rd attempt, consisting of constant doctor visists, shots, hospital stays, close calls and 5.5 months of bed rest, Niyah was born. She was the miracle that **FINALLY** happened for us.

Life can come at you quickly. You can deal with ups and downs on a daily basis; some easier to deal with than others. But learning to deal with adversity is what will make life easier to deal with overall. Don't sweat the small stuff as the saying goes. We learned that and looking back, we can see that loving life and all it's "fun" rollercoaster rides is what it's all about. No one's life is perfect and everyone has issues of some kind. Know that as long as you have 1 person to walk through this crazy life with you, whether it's a spouse, sibling, best friend or whomever, can make it more enjoyable.
The next time you don't think you can get back up and you've had enough and want to **TAPOUT**, stop, breathe and think. Is it all really that bad? Most people thought we were crazy going for a third attempt knowing what we went through previously. The miscarriage we thought was just unfortunate but not a big deal because doctors said it happens during a first pregnancy. The loss of our daughter, although a shock and devastating to our life, was taken as a situation that can be avoided the next time...Always remember, there is ALWAYS a next time. Our third pregnancy was our next time and our **FINALLY**. We truly are happy and feel like we are the luckiest people in the world. Because of what we lived through, we feel we can love our daughter to higher extent, appreciate being parents on a different level and of course, never take anything for granted, not the least bit.
So for everyone out there, kick ass , take names, and never let any loss or failure hold you down, no matter what it is you're doing. When it comes to trying to bring a child into this world, if my wife and I would have stayed down, we wouldn't have this little girl to look at every day and shower with love.
