Krusher9 is perhaps the most morally questionable game ever to be released on the Qblock. Nobody knows for sure who first developed the game, indeed it is believed that it wasn’t simply due to one person, but rather an entire team of people, most probably belonging to one of the ghostchains.

What gave Krusher9 its notoriety, wasn’t just the violent way in which the game was designed. Within the game, the player is part of an invading force set with the task of wiping out a planet of malevolent artificially intelligent machines.

It is at this point that the game’s morality takes a nosedive, because even though the game is billed as a *Great Confusion* game, in that it is meant to be set circa 2040-50, the AIs used within Krusher9, are said to be artificially sentient (AS).

Due to the nature of Krusher9’s base code, it was a rumour that was impossible to confirm without playing the game, and even then, it was difficult to tell because of the hyper-aggressive programming that had been assigned to it. Nevertheless, a team of players led by the legendary 1DombainAB, and AD_69 declared that the Krusher9 AIs were actually AS bots. The team presented a list of proofs, and with that recommendations for the various networks of the wider Quantum Blockchain to ban the game, as it was in direct violation of sanctity-of-life laws.

After the 1Dombain Report all the main networks removed Krusher9 from their sidechain manifests, some of the smaller chains decided to revamp the game using genuine AIs, however the *redux* versions, even still to this day, cannot claim to be as popular as the original.

The fate of the original game was to be driven underground, it is rumoured to exist on around half a dozen or so ghost or secret chains on the Qblock. There are however several versions that exist on the Marschain, which is surely further proof of the questionable morals, and overall untrustworthiness of the Martian community.

Another point of note about Krusher9, is that it is one of the few full immersion games (FiGs) in existence. It is very difficult to accurately explain a FiGs to somebody who has never played one before, however your humble author will attempt to do just that!

As any citizen accessing this data knows, taking on different forms whilst being in a virtuality is nothing new or special, however there are some marked differences between changing your human basic shape on the wider Qblock, and doing so within the Krusher9 game.

As you know, when you change to a non-human basic shape on the Qblock, your NPlant system essentially *plugs in* to all the new inputs and allows you to control whatever new body or piece of machinery you have decided to transfer your consciousness to, rather like climbing into a costume and becoming a puppeteer.

However in reality, you are still you, your brain, wherever it may be in the real, is still fully functional. As far as your empLink is concerned, whilst you have control over what kind of feedback you get from your new body, you are still receiving those inputs through human basic standard protocols.

For instance, if you decide you want to be a spaceship on one of the many galaxychains or a blob monster on a fantasychain, then your head will always feel like your head. If you bash your plasma engines, it will feel like a sensation in your feet, if somebody fires a weapon into your globular middle, then you’ll feel it in your stomach.

The difference with Krusher9, is that the game takes a frozen QSID scan of your mindstate and enters that into the game’s realm. This essentially means that your empLink is now completely alien to you.

The difference between these two states is like putting on a dragon costume, and actually *being* a dragon. To say that it is both distasteful and possibly harmful to the mental state of the player to immerse him or her into such a violent game, is to grossly understate the case.

To that end, it is heavily advised that the Krusher9 game be avoided at all costs, and I would like to make it clear that the game, (if you can call it that!) is no way endorsed by LOTQb or any of its affiliates.

In a sense, your Krusher9 game reminds me of Sword Art Online, a Japanese light novel series.

The story is set at the year 2022, when a virtual reality massively multiplayer online role-playing game called Sword Art Online is released.

With the NerveGear, created by Akiuiko Kayaba ( character in the story), a helmet that stimulates the user's five senses via their brain, players can experience and control their in-game characters with their minds. The Nerve gear and the entire network

10,000 players log into the Sword Art Onlines' mainframe cyberspace for the first time, only to discover that they are unable to log out. Kayaba appears and tells the players that they must beat all 100 floors of Aincrad, a steel castle which is the setting of Sword Art Online, if they wish to be free. Those who suffer in-game deaths or forcibly remove the NerveGear out-of-game will suffer real-life deaths.

Many stories merge such cyberspace ideas, and all of them hint towards a few years from now. We'll see what the future brings ;)

Yes, I know Sword Art Online, I'm sure that has influenced me, along with Ready Player One and most of Iain M. Banks! :-)

There seem to be mistakes made getting the atmosphere, culture, society of before the Great Confusion. It makes me wonder; are the mistakes deliberate, a tool to hide some kind of truth or did so much get lost in the Great Confusion?

K-Rox is going to Mars, a place just described to have imbibed the Krusher9 game. The odds against his survival keeps piling up.

In itself it is confusing, they know more about the Romans than they do about us . . .

That fan is going to get so clogged with the amount of sh*t hitting it :-D
