Dear All Introvert Mother

Dear all Introvert Mother around the globe,
You need to remind yourself all the time that you need refreshing self care.
Careful not to confuse it with selfishness or self-help.
Acceptance.
Yes , you have to accept your life, not try to solve it.
You have to release all your worries.
Trusting that they will be taken care of because they are where the universe wants them to be right now.
Remember to take a real break.
Do anything that brings you joy except worries to nourish your overwhelm soul.
Have faith that the universe will provide you the insights you need at the right time.
Not by your attempt to force them to manifest which leads to anxiety.
Have faith, and take a genuine rest.
Restore your soul, refill your energy well.
Instead of asking yourself; “Am I checking off all the to-do-list boxes?” .
Why not ask; ‘Am I doing what's mine to do?’
Here's what’s mine at the moment; Love my children, taking care of my family, read, and write.
It's a short list, but a full life.
And it's enough for me.
For now.
Knowing what's mine keeps me continuously focus without being pulled in all directions all the time.
Busy mother who works all day and feel like you have nothing to show for it, don’t compare your season of planting seeds with another mother’s season of harvesting them.
Run your own race; this minute, this second.
Be you unapologetically.
Only do what's yours to do, and watch how you, your family, and even the world changed because of it.

You will never know how many of us out here in the ether simply needed to hear this message, and are leaning back with a cup of tea against a pilliow somewhere, feeling grateful. 

Mothering creates a compass for nurturing - if we can't nurture ourselves we can't nurture others or Mother Earth.  Loving to have more of this self care in our eco-living discussions.
