Our routine grocery trip

Here in Japan, everyone still going about in their life, as usual, children about school ages are outside freely playing with their friends. Today we went to our usual twice a week grocery shopping. Little chilly and breezy outside but still bearable without much thick warm outfits.
Noa made her ritual stop at the little garden everytime we go on a shopping trip. She adores the flowers and wanted to pluck them for her souvenir. But I told her she will hurt the flower, it's not for plucking, it's for the people to only look and adore.

The flowers on this little garden will change depends on the season we are in. They were tended by the elderly in the community as a hobby.

We stop by the bridge on the way to the grocery store too, and there are ducks swimming at the river. Noa was excited about seeing them. We didn't see any cat roaming around here today, maybe they are napping under the bridge.

Our grocery shopping is done and on the way back home, we took some photos of the sakura trees nearby our place and take little time to adore them but couldn't stay long as it starts to get strong windy. Stay safe everyone and much love!

Your life sounds so normal in a world filled with quarantines and fear. The flowers and scenery are both pretty and very normal looking, which is very calming in a world filled with stress.

yes, not much different from usual, I noticed the nearby drugstore had almost sold out toilet paper in early January, but it has stock as usual not long after that. The panic of typhoon hagibis 2019 was more severe than covid19 it seems. Overall the atmosphere here seems to calm down now. Hopefully the rest of the world too.
