Mogli, the Netflix disaster!

Mogli: "Between Two Worlds," directed by Andy Serkis, a dark version of the boy growing up in the jungle. The film could not be darker.

In the Netflix version, Tiger Shere Khan and the Lockwood hunter end up dead for their sins. The ending carries a meaning of anger and revenge.

Contrary to what happens in the books, the boy decides to stay with the wolves, and does not return to the village. Unusual, but obscure outcome.

Not everything is bad. The jungle, as all animals are very well done and provide lovely scenes and pictures.
It explores in its end the questioning of Mogli about being a wolf or man.

One note: it is not a "classic Disney story".

The feature is dividing opinions, sometimes being praised for its somber version, or being criticized for exactly the same reason.
 
The result is a strange intermediate territory - not appealing to children (as it incites anger and revenge) or to adults. 

The main characters are special, talented and sadly rendered.
