 <center>__My Handy Flip-top Thermos__</center> Anyone who goes into my room would be like turning back once they felt the temperature here. In fact my laptop is like very warm right now and really every item you touch especially the door knobs are warm to the touch because of the weather. It makes you feel sluggish and your energy drained. I am used to it and I am just drinking fluids whenever I feel the thirst with my old and trusty thermos. It has the capacity of 450mL and is always on my side full of ice and some pineapple juice or energy drink in it. I do drink some energy drink when I am hooked at my dialysis for the reason that it will stabilize my dropping blood pressure. So sometimes it works and sometimes it does not and the the nurses would just terminate the process like what happened last night. Fortunately I am near my treatment time and I only had lost about 15 minutes of the treatment time. <center></center> [Source](https://media.tenor.com/videos/f3be58c8d00dbff65b087310371d00ed/mp4) But anyway I am used to my hot room so going in an airconditioned room feels much better but not very good for my health because I will not perspire and every drop fluids that I intake will add up without getting eliminated by sweating. Although it is uncomfortable really for me I have to sacrifice my comfort for my liberty to drink more fluids because we really cannot endure thirst. I also have some issue with my eating so I just am forcing myself to eat all the time so I won't get to crash my health especially my weight.
