I had my breakfast now and it is this simple stir-fried noodles that I am crazy about and thankful for really because at least I can eat once a day. I know that I am not getting much nutrition due to the fact that I am not eating enough. The only protein that I get is from the small bits of chicken gizzard and liver from this noodle breakfast that I am tirelessly having every morning.

I just wished that my parents could cook variable dishes because they just cook the same meals over and over again. It is okay though but the thing is that I really do not like their cooking, it doesn't fit to my own standards. That is what I am paying now for being the cook in this house a long time ago and now I cannot adjust to their cooking methods.

You might say "Well why don't you cook for yourself?" it is easier said than done now. The last time I did cook was that time I have to pause for 4 times because my back cannot take it anymore and that was before the time I took medicine for my Parathyroid. So cooking by myself is out of the question, it will simply not work or possible anymore.

I might be able to cook again if the stove is at my bedside but again it is easier said because my hands and arms are not cooperating and not to mention my back as it would strain definitely. But maybe someday if things will turn out for my favor I will get the relief that I needed. May God help me.
