This is always a Christmas party celebration thrown for dialysis patients and it is a fun event that is special for patients because they get a chance to win some prizes, join raffles, eat delicious foods given by the hospital, there are also games to be won with prizes from gifts to free dialysis items or dialysis sessions, and also the exchange gifts.

The attendees are required to bring gifts of their own that would amount to $5 dollars at least. I now cannot attend such event because of my condition because I could neither chat with my fellow patients as i would feel awkward too with my current appearance.

I cannot eat sitting up so I will just miss out on having those delicious foods although I do not have a good appetite. But how can I join their games if I myself cannot even sit up for so long?

So I will just forget about it and let my co-patients enjoy the fun, food, and those games and prizes. What I hope is that I could get another gift even though I could not attend because it happened the year after last year which I think I received a t-shirt and a mug and that cash prize because of my long, long, long stay at that dialysis center.

Being being a dialysis patient for a long time and I actually inspired a lot of my co-patients that being a dialysis patient really is not a death warrant but rather a condition that needs a lot of careful management, discipline, and money to spend on your medical needs.

I just hope that I could receive another prize this time again for being a long time patient it would be a delight.
