Dear Diary: Having A Tea In A Thermos Helps Me To Control My Fluid Intake

I had been drinking some herbal tea, Peppermint tea that is, not to just drink it for recreational purposes but to help me in some ways mainly to control my fluid intake because I get so breathless when I exceed my threshold in taking in liquids.

Many years ago when I did have a normal physique I can tolerate even loading five or six kilos of water and still I can breathe normally. but currently I can never do that because my backbone had receded and in turn just compresses my internal organs especially my lungs.

I noticed that my backbone was the main cause of my breathlessness and it is a fact that soon I will have to use the respirator for me to be able to breathe. But I hope that it won't come to that and that I will die before that happens. Because I would rather die than being a vegetable with expensive needs.

I am glad that I had found a way to scrimp of my fluid intake because in that way I would not make myself get so breathless so fast because with just a few sip of my peppermint tea my thirst gets solved. But one of the reason I had made use of this technique was to wash off the bitter taste in my mouth and at the same time to get the analgeasic and the anti-nausea effect of the tea, and it worked!
