Dear Diary: How I Release My Mental Stresses

Negative thoughts are still in my mind, because my fears and worries are realized already and the only thing that I do for it not to affect me and cause me more harm is to really not think about it. So I thank God that there is a platform like steemit, esteem, steepshot, etc. that I use to write my thoughts.

A few months ago when I was feeling terrible with my physical heart that I thought that I was going to die I still write. Even though I feel bad in my body there is nothing to do but to keep my mental state to think that I can carry these medical burdens even though they hard to manage both financially, physically, mentally, and all the -ly's maybe.

It is the reason for my writing continuously so that I would not bore myself than what I am now. I actually do not like to do some of the activities that I am doing before like computer gaming and experimenting/exploring Linux, editing videos for fun while others are just physically impossible like cooking and my hobby of pellet gun shooting and hunting fish with it.

I just thank God that steem blockchain went into my life because it now gives me support for not only for my medical but also for my mental health. It had now became my mental therapy and it forces my mind to explore its crevices so I won't get crazy because of these medical condition that is plaguing me more than half of my lifetime.

Hey Crypt if it's any consolation if I had my druthers I would just soon stay inside ( it's a 100 dehgrees and humid here in South  Texas) and write to my heart's content all day.

I do have kids which are a blessing and enjoy going out   but I still like staying in and working on Steemit while they sit on the couch and watch disney channel.

It's my passion  ;) So I get how you like doing what you do
