i am understand your situation.you can not  doing excecise for your some issues cause.don,t worry.faith to god.when you fully come back your abnormal body situation.you obviously can doing excecise properly.follow to good doctor suggestion and eating healthy food..my dear friend @cryptopie take care yourself and best of luck of your great work..
