Dear Diary: I Am Just Forced To Take A Pain Reliever So I Could Use The Bathroom

My hip joint pain is not yet having a relief so I must once again take my pain reliever for it just to allow myself to have the ability to move around and use the bathroom/toilet and I pray not to have a loose bowel movement or surely I will make a mess with my pants literally.

Its effect will not be felt until a few hours but I have to use the bathroom now because I do not want to disturb my parents at night or deep in the early morning where I usually the time that I take a bath. It is o longer like the former days where I just go strip with my clothes and take a bath two to three times a day even in a cold day and night, anemic or not.


It is hard to live with this kind of pain, when you want to go somewhere it is not possible and in fact lying down in my bed isn't comfortable either as I also use joints to turn over and it is painful at times so I must make sure to always not to do unnecessary movements like even sneezing injures my ribs and it takes time when it heals like what is happening in my hip joint.

I want to shower this late afternoon maybe I can do it or at least will try because I want to relieve myself in the toilet without the aid of a pain reliever which I always lament on taking because of it's own ill effects on health in general like depleting the red blood cells contributing to anemia or gastric ulcer, or kidney destruction in most cases. I am still in a search for a herbal analgesic but no luck as the one that I was looking for seems to be not available now in the market but still hoping it will turn out.

In my opinion.. you cannot always depend on your medical pain killer @cryptopie, try the distraction model sometimes such as meditation. Or you may try traditional medicine.. natural gradients are much more saver in the longterm use.

Truth be told, you are not suppose to be forced before using any pain relief. I know it's not that easy easy though being on a static position all day but I pray you get healed sooner than you least expected. May God be with you brother.
