Prior to my dialysis I was really not feeling good anymore partly because of the accumulated toxins already which includes the metabolites from my parathyroid medicine and its lingering nauseating effects along with nitrogen compounds that is a by-product of what I eat and my muscle metabolites, and partly because I am just waterlogged again so it is just hard to breathe and move about.

Fortunately again thanks to God I had my needed relief from my dialysis and it is really glorious the moment I felt the cleaning action of my session and after an hour of getting hooked-up I was able to eat again my newly favorite dialysis meal of fried meat and seasoned rice which was given to me by my mother so piping hot it burned my mouth while I spoon it in and very nice to eat because it is soft which I prefer for a rice.

I am also thankful that I was able to replace my dialyzer too today (the blood filter) with a new one so the cleaning action today is very pleasant and it is fantastic that my blood pressure didn't crash. Being in a third world country our dialyzer here is reused for more than eight times in order to save some money and to afford the expensive treatment while in other parts of the world that dialyzer that I use is just disposable.

Had I discovered earlier that I was not getting a good treatment maybe I would not end up like this because factors leading to my bone problem just went unnoticed for a really long time. But the past is the past and what is important for me now is to focus on my goals no matter how seemingly impossible to achieve it but there is much hope I still see even though the people around me had given up I myself will just fight until whatever will be achieved is achieved.
