Dear Diary: I Had A Successful Weight Reduction At Dialysis Today And It Greatly Eased My Breathing

I had a more quality dialysis today as the head nurse just took heed of my pleading to reduce my weight because I am already getting alarmed to the additional water weight that I was carrying everytime I go home from dialysis to the point that I was way off my desired dry weight (The body weight with no extra fluids.)

So the last time I had my dialysis I was infuriated really and broke down. I even threw my basic phone so hard on our floor because of my frustration and anger. Fortunately my phone was so durable I was amazed by it's quality. And so, I texted my  head nurse of the dialysis and told her what happened to my situation and told her what I want and my concern. Well she told me the usual, my current condition where one factor is that my backbone is squeezing my lungs and that I have to scrimp on drinking fluids too.

The latter I did so they targeted the weight near what Ii wanted. So what happened is that I felt the marked reduction of my body's water constituent plus I had a hypotension near the end of my dialysis session. It just means that they had reached well over the goal of my ideal dry weight so that is just I have to maintain. 

My blood pressure went low despite that I drank an energy drink just too make sure my blood pressure won't crash but it went low nonetheless but the good news is that I am walking around now with the most ideal weight for me as my weight cannot really go down any further.
