Dear Diary: I Hate My Ringing Ear And Its A Perpetual Torture

It bothers me a lot and there is no humming noise coming from my electric fan to mask the ringing hearing that I've got from maybe my medications or weakened bones. It is because our ears have the smallest bones in our bodies so if you have a weakened bones they are affected and that is just my theory.

So it is a deafening noise really so if you think about your ringing ear it is a torture in itself. So I am always in front of some fan especially an electric fan which gives a constant noise and it somewhat gives me some comfort.  This is one of the ailments that I cannot cure so I will just have to deal with it anyway.

I also feel that my body really is being poisoned slowly because not all toxins or some kind of toxins cannot be dialyzed out from my body so they just accumulate over time and changed my body and affected its functions. It just shown on how I live my life in total discomfort even in such negligible to some people like hearing with a normal ear function.

I really don't have advise to remedy the ringing  in your ears. All I can say is sorry for the continued suffering. Keep taking your meds and focusing on the positive side of life, hopefully it will subside with time.

De verdad que debe ser muy molesto @cryptopie tener que escuchar ese ruido del ventilador para evitar el zumbido de tu Oido que imagino te debe molestar mucho más. Se tiene que sentir una impotencia enorme

From someone who experiences this ringing every day too. I tried to shut it down, make it quiet, disown it as 'normal to me', but in the end, I just had to accept it as part of my most daily of daily things, just like the glasses I wear. Only this acceptance alone has made it possible for me to keep on enduring that sound without too much of a bother, since I've noticed it's probably not going to go away for ever, until death do us part :D
