I asked mother to fix me some mashed potatoes and I told her to put some milk in it plus to make some matching gravy because I could get to eat rice today. I actually do not like the cured meat because of my appetite but I am just forced to eat just to maintain my health.

I tried to finish my meal but I couldn't so after watching my weekly viewing of my worship service I decided to take a bath and use the toilet. Then after that I ate the rest of my mashed potatoes because I do not want to waste food.

After finishing my food I get the usual passing of gas. But this time I passed a lot of gasses and I suspect really that my digestion is in trouble and maybe I am fermenting some of my foods than digesting it. So that maybe the cause of my bloating and passing of gas.

It is hard for me to have this kind of condition because bloating squeezes my lungs even further thereby giving me a hard time breathing. So that is why I do not like to eat vegetables too but I eat them anyway because it is good for my health.

It might be the cause is my parathyroid medication because it is a kind of strong medicine which smells bad and gives me a bitter aftertaste in my mouth. I just hope that this gas problem in my guts would get to "pass" soon because it is already hard for me to breathe.
