Dear Diary: My Blood Pressure Crashed Into Its Lowest Yet

It is a disappointment when my BP went down and I have to give up forty precious minutes before the supposed termination of my session. I am just thankful that I got dialyzed anyhow but my BP went so low that I ought to defecate in my chair from that instance because my guts churned due to the lowest point that my blood pressure went into.

I often endure some lowering of my BP, sometimes I can endure 80/50 just for my dialysis to end at its predetermined time but today it was a severe BP crash because I felt that I was going to really black out and my guts just revolutionized on me. After they have added 400mL of water into my system I have to ask for another infusion because my guts still is making me want to use the toilet and my BP is still low so my nurse agreed and it made some difference.

After sometime I felt better again like nothing had happened. It is not a good experience. It is one of the complications of dialysis so I have to live on it and I am still finding the possible ways to avoid it but I am still thankful and grateful for this day.
